Baldwin Park

Baldwin Park is a popular destination and serves as a connection to Orlando's Blue Jacket and Harbor Parks, Winter Park's Fleet Peoples Park, and the Orlando Veterans' Memorial Park. The 2.6 mile multi-use asphalt trail around the lake offers easy access to the Cady Way Trail on the east by Baldwin Park Street, and again to the south by Lake Baldwin Lane.

Just three miles from downtown Orlando, Baldwin Park enjoys an exceptional location convenient to the central business district, cultural attractions, theaters and sports venues. Opened in 2008, it is assisted by the Audubon of Florida in its stewardship of the land and water bodies and rests on the 1,100-acre site of the former Orlando Naval Training Center. Benches are strategically located along the length of the park to allow guests places to rest and enjoy gorgeous views.

Fleet Peeples Park, a 23-acre facility, offers an off-leash park for dogs, pavilions, boat launch, picnic tables, restrooms and ample shade.

Blue Jacket Park, a 55-acre park, is especially suited for sports lovers. Featuring lighted baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, restrooms, as well as picnic areas, playgrounds, and a fountain plaza.

Orlando Veteran's Memorial Park, a 4-acre park, was created in honor of our military veterans. Large trees shade much of the park and the small gazebo overlooking the lake.

Harbor Park surrounds Lake Baldwin and is known for its amphitheater, boardwalk, beautiful landscaping, and walking and biking trail.

A variety of shops and eateries are adjacent to Baldwin Park Village Center just off the lake on and around New Broad Street.
